Statistical Measures
Mean (Average)
The sum of all values divided by the count. Most commonly used measure of central tendency. Sensitive to outliers.
Median
The middle value when data is sorted. If even count, it’s the average of the two middle values. Less affected by outliers than mean.
Mode
The most frequently occurring value. A dataset can have multiple modes or no mode if all values are unique.
Standard Deviation
Measures how spread out the data is from the mean. Low value means data is clustered near the mean; high value means data is spread out.
